2024 Member Care Gaps & EMR Messaging
Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin, Inc. (Molina) is once again partnering with Centauri Health Solutions to send messages into electronic medical records (EMRs) to notify providers of member gaps in care.
Starting May 17, if your EMR system is linked to Molina, you may receive alerts for patients assigned to your organization who still need certain services completed this year such as an annual wellness visit, a mammogram, a colorectal cancer screening, or an A1C test. The alerts support streamlined communication of gaps in care information and better patient care coordination.
Thank you for taking the time to review the alerts and schedule appointments for patients who are missing services to ensure the best care possible for your patients and our members.
