Southeastrans Non-Emergency Transportation Termination

Southeastrans will no longer provide non-emergency transportation services for Molina Healthcare of Mississippi starting September 1, 2020. Effective September 1, 2020, MTM will provide transportation services for Molina Healthcare of Mississippi Members.

 

MTM is excited to be the new Transportation Broker for Molina Healthcare of Mississippi. MTM staff is dedicated to providing a smooth transition of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) for your patients that are members of Molina Healthcare of Mississippi. Attached you will find a Facility Resource Guide and a Member Spreadsheet to assist in a smooth transition for Molina Healthcare of Mississippi Members that are your patients.

 

  • Facility Resource Guide contains important contact information for MTM. Feel free to make this information available to your staff as needed.

  • Member Spreadsheet is used to capture and submit standing order schedules to MTM prior to September 1, 2020. This is another safeguard to ensure your patients schedules are not disrupted.

Please use the attached Member Spreadsheet to provide MTM with information regarding your patients with standing orders that need transportation to your facility. It is of the utmost importance that you provide the most current information for your patients. Please note, we are requesting the time that you prefer your patients to arrive at your facility and the time that they will be ready for their return ride home. Please complete and email the Member Spreadsheet to CM-Mississippi@mtm-inc.net by August 1, 2020 to provide MTM with sufficient time to enter them into our system prior to September 1, 2020.

It is important to notify MTM of any cancellations or schedule changes as soon as you are aware of them. Your designated Community Outreach-Trainer is available to answer any questions you may have. MTM appreciates your assistance during this transition period. Our team will strive to ensure this process is as smooth as possible.
