Immediate assistance: Call our 24-hour Nurse Advice line to help get the care you need day or night. Call (844) 782-2721 (TTY: 711).
Telehealth services: Access medical consultations from the safety of your home by visiting Teladoc.com/Molina or calling 1-800-835-2367 24/7.
Medication refills: If your medication was lost or destroyed due to flooding, contact your pharmacy. Early refill overrides for most medications that are temporarily available beginning June 26 for all counties listed in the Disaster Declaration along Missouri River. Please note that certain medications, such as controlled substances, may not be eligible for early refill overrides at the pharmacy.
Pharmacies can contact the Pharmacy Help Desk at (855) 619-9396 for assistance 24 hours a day.
Disaster distress helpline: Call or text SAMHSA’s National Helpline 1-800-985-5990 for 24/7 crisis counseling and support.
