Renew your health care coverage

Senior Whole Health members have MassHealth Standard (Massachusetts Medicaid) benefits. This coverage needs to be renewed each year.

You will get a form in a blue envelope from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts when it is your time to renew. If you don’t get a blue envelope, no action is needed.

Once you get a blue envelope in the mail, you must answer by the listed due date. If you fail to do this, you could lose your Medicaid benefits. This would impact your Senior Whole Health membership.

You can renew through one of five ways:

  • Online: Renewing online is faster! Log in to mass.gov/masshealthlogin.
  • By phone: Call the MassHealth Customer Service Center at (800) 841-2900 (TTY: 711).
  • By mail: Fill out the mail you get from MassHealth. Send the filled-out form to:
    Health Insurance Processing Center
    P.O. Box 4405
    Taunton, MA 02780
  • In-person: Drop off your filled-out application in a secure drop box found outside of some MassHealth Enrollment Centers (MEC). Find the closest one to you at mass.gov/service-details/masshealth-enrollment-centers-mecs. If you want a customer service agent to help you, scheduled appointments are strongly encouraged. Bring the records you need to report your yearly earnings.
  • By fax: Fax your filled-out renewal form to (857) 323-8300.
