Hope Florida

Community resources are available at no-cost for you and your family.  The state of Florida offers a program called Hope Florida. Hope Florida uses Hope Navigators to guide Floridians on a path to prosperity.

Services offered by Hope Navigators can help with:

  • Identifying goals and barriers
  • Referrals to local, community-based partners
  • One-on-one support to develop a plan to achieve economic sufficiency

Molina Help Finder

As a Molina Healthcare member, you can access additional support at no-cost. Molina Help Finder can help you find community resources when you need them. When you use the Molina Help Finder online tool, you can search for local programs and resources to meet your basic needs like:

Molina Services and Programs

Molina Healthcare of Florida has a voluntary Care Management program for members with ongoing health problems and resources to help caregivers. This includes help with transportation, setting up appointments and connecting members with resources that can help you live a healthier life.
