Molina Healthcare of Washington Co-Hosts “Health Care From the Heart” Event in Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. – Oct. 24, 2023 - Molina Healthcare of Washington, together with The ElimiNATION Awareness Tour, CHAS Health, Spokane Regional Health District, Catholic Charities, and Compassionate Addiction Treatment, recently hosted the “Health Care From the Heart” health and resource event in Spokane.In line with community efforts to reduce the growing issue of Hepatitis C cases in Washington, the event featured free Hepatitis C testing, as well as treatment referrals. It also included free snacks, vaccinations, substance use disorder treatment options, housing related services and other community resources.
Personnel were on-site for questions regarding Medicaid redetermination, Medicare, navigating the health care system, and accessing community resources.
